Plus de 300 collaborateurs motivés – dont plus de 150 médecins employés à plein temps – façonnent ensemble chez Medgate Suisse, avec l’aide de solutions de santé numérique tournées vers l’avenir, la médecine de demain.\nMédecin en télétravail avec un focus sur les services du week-end (h/f/d)\nTemps de travail : 50-80%\nLieu de travail : télétravail en Suisse ou en Allemagne, ou dans nos bureaux à Allschwil/Bâle\nChez Medgate, les médecins qui soignent les patients à distance bénéficient d’une formation intensive en télémédecine au début. Les directives médicales développées pour les besoins de la télémédecine et continuellement améliorées au fil des années sont pratiques et adaptées aux soins à distance. Le système de gestion des patients soutient les médecins notamment par l’utilisation de l’intelligence artificielle dans le traitement. Ainsi, les médecins ont moins de tâches administratives et peuvent se concentrer davantage sur les patients. La médecine du futur est déjà une réalité chez Medgate.\nAvec des modèles de travail flexibles et une planification fiable des services, il est possible chez Medgate de concilier au mieux travail, loisirs et famille.\nCe que nous pouvons t’offrir\n• Tu traites de manière autonome les patients de Medgate Suisse en tant que télémédecin\nsurtout le week-end\n.\n• Pour cela, tu communiques avec les patients par téléphone, vidéo ou chat.\n• Nos directives télémédicales te soutiennent dans la thérapie finale ou le tri vers des prestataires de soins physiques – 50 % de toutes les demandes médicales sont traitées de manière définitive.\n• Un temps de travail adapté à ta phase de vie actuelle, entre 50 et 80 %.\n• Une semaine de travail limitée à 42 heures (pour un temps plein à 100 %) que tu peux organiser selon tes souhaits de travail et de congé.\n• Chez nous, il n’y a pas d’heures supplémentaires. En cas de besoin, les collègues qui peuvent prendre des shifts supplémentaires se manifestent.\n• Tu bénéficies d’au moins 5 semaines de congés payés ainsi que d’une rémunération attractive et de primes.\n• Tu peux travailler facilement depuis chez toi et ainsi économiser des temps de trajet inutiles dans un quotidien déjà bien rempli : télétravail possible depuis l’Allemagne et la Suisse.
