You help guide, train, and support zone, district, and club-level volunteers with innovative ideas, strategies, and resources to advance membership goals, support and strengthen Rotary and Rotaract clubs, deliver a valuable club experience, foster member engagement and retention, improve membership diversity, and form new clubs. You provide guidance and support on member acquisition opportunities through our prospective member programs, events, or projects designed to connect with prospective members. You are a trusted advisor to club, district, and regional volunteer leaders on governance matters and positive culture-building. You handle activities to ensure flawless administration. You guide, engage, and train Rotarians through facilitated discussions, workshops, and presentations. Travel to the assigned regions can be expected at least 2-3 times per year.   What you bring  A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, and at least 3-5 years in a customer service role·  Native German-speaker and fluency in English are essential. French or another European language is an asset.
