Your
Contributions to the
Team</h3> <ul> <li>
You are responsible for supporting and strengthening the club experience while driving membership growth and retention in <strong>
Germany,
Switzerland,
Austria, and
Liechtenstein</strong>, and you will serve as the primary liaison to district leaders, club presidents, membership chairs, and volunteers for member engagement, attraction, new club development, and public image.</li> <li>
You help guide, train, and support zone, district, and club-level volunteers with innovative ideas, strategies, and resources to advance membership goals, support and strengthen
Rotary and
Rotaract clubs, deliver a valuable club experience, foster member engagement and retention, improve membership diversity, and form new clubs.</li> <li>
You provide guidance and support on member acquisition opportunities through our prospective member programs, events, or projects designed to connect with prospective members.</li> <li>
You are a trusted advisor to club, district, and regional volunteer leaders on governance matters and positive culture-building.</li> <li>
You handle activities to ensure flawless administration.</li> <li>
You guide, engage, and train
Rotarians through facilitated discussions, workshops, and presentations.</li> <li>
Travel to the assigned regions can be expected at least 2-3 times per year. </li> </ul> <h3>
What you bring</h3> <ul> <li>
A
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, and at least 3-5 years in a customer service role·</li> <li> <strong>
Native</strong> <strong>
German-speaker </strong>and <strong>fluency in
English </strong>are essential.
French or another
European language is an asset.</li> <li>
Highly structured and well-organized person who knows how to set priorities with a firm commitment to providing outstanding customer service</li> <li>
Strong team spirit while appreciating working independently</li> <li>
Ability to interact with high-level international business leaders and volunteers in their respective languages and in a culturally sensitive manner</li> <li>
Keen interest in training, facilitated discussions, and other innovative learning/training techniques</li> <li>
Professional demeanor and proven ability in oral and written communications, including public speaking, presentations, and promotional writing</li> <li>
Excellent
