En tant qu’opérateur d’usinage, vous travaillerez sur des équipements de fraisage CNC 5 axes, de tournage et d’EDM pour fabriquer des pièces uniques et en petites séries issues de la fabrication additive métallique et de matières premières conventionnelles. Vous ferez partie d’une équipe de production pluridisciplinaire collaborant étroitement avec les ingénieurs de fabrication et les responsables de processus pour garantir que chaque pièce respecte les normes aérospatiales exigeantes en matière de précision, qualité de surface et fiabilité.\nTechnicien poly-mécanique\nResponsabilités du poste\nOpérations d’usinage :\n· Programmer, configurer et opérer le fraisage CNC.\n· Réaliser la découpe EDM par fil et la finition des composants métalliques.\n· Usiner et retravailler les pièces métalliques imprimées en 3D et les bruts conventionnels jusqu’à la géométrie finale.\n· Fabriquer ou adapter des gabarits et dispositifs personnalisés si nécessaire.\nQualité & Inspection :\n· Effectuer l’auto-inspection à l’aide d’outils de métrologie conventionnels (micromètres, pieds à coulisse, calibres) et de systèmes de numérisation 3D.\n· Interpréter les plans d’ingénierie (ISO GPS / GD&T) et vérifier la conformité des pièces.\n· Enregistrer les données d’inspection et soutenir les exigences de traçabilité pour le matériel de qualité spatiale.\nCollaboration & Amélioration :\n· Interagir quotidiennement avec les équipes d’usinage et d’ingénierie des processus pour optimiser les réglages et les stratégies d’usinage.\n· Proposer des améliorations aux programmes, outils et méthodes pour réduire les temps de cycle et améliorer la précision.\n· Suivre les plans de production et soutenir les autres opérateurs si nécessaire.\nMaintenabilité & Sécurité :\n· Exécuter les tâches de maintenance quotidiennes et hebdomadaires selon le Plan de Maintenance Préventive Totale (TPMP) défini par le département Ingénierie des Processus & Fabrication.\n· Signaler les anomalies, pannes récurrentes ou idées d’amélioration pour maintenir la fiabilité des machines.\n· Appliquer toutes les réglementations EHS et de salle blanche pertinentes à l’usinage et à la gestion des poussières métalliques.\nExigences du poste\n· CFC en Polymécanicien·ne / Mécanicien de précision ou qualification équivalente.\n· 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en usinage CNC et/ou EDM dans un environnement de fabrication de précision.\n· Forte capacité à lire et interpréter des plans 2D et 3D complexes (ISO GPS).\n· Expérience en programmation et cycles de sondage (ex. The company’s patented 3D printing technologies and associated product designs are unique to deliver lightweight, compact, highly performing, and competitive RF products.\nDessinateur\nIn this role, you will be responsible for the following functions\n:\n• Design and produce 2D and 3D CAD of components and sub-assemblies\n• Prepare manufacturing drawings to required standards\n• Support engineers with construction drawings\n• Prepare comprehensive documentation for manufacturing\n• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams\n• Maintain standard components librairies\n• Occasionally, you will be asked to participate in overall tasks and services inherent to a dynamic fast-growing company.\nRequired parcours professionnel and competencies:\n• Dessinateur-constructeur industriel / Dessinatrice-constructrice industrielle CFC (Federal VET diploma in industrial draughtsman/designer) or Technician ES or equivalent\n• Min 2 years of professional expertise in the field of technical drafting\n• Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA or NX\n• Strong understanding of ISO/ASME GD&T standards and ability to perform tolerance stack-up analyses\n• Organized, methodical, precise, meticulous and autonomous person\n• Experience with ERP and PLM systems preferably PTC Windchill\n• Ease of communicating effectively, good interpersonal skills and ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.\n• Basic skills in English, skills in French are a plus\nLanguage: English, skills in French are a plus\n\nInteresse(e) ?
