Teoxane has a total freedom of thoughts, action and innovation which makes the company unique.\nIn the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:\nMedical Affairs Specialist\nKey Responsibilities:\nKnowledge Management\n•\nEnsure in the screening and appraisal of scientific literature and the provision of medical watch analysis (from registries, conferences) in collaboration with peers, with focus on anatomy, techniques, and products, to support the understanding of current practice and emerging trends in facial aesthetic medicine.\n•\nCoordinate and write medical writing activities including the State-of-the-Art, in collaboration with other functions and provide medical writing service.\n•\nBe capable of extrapolating the evidence into simple presentations for internal customers.\nMedical information and Library service\n•\nProvide regular Medical Information service according to Teoxane QMS Procedures.\n•\nCollaborate in the development of AI-based medical data extraction to be implemented in updated standardize medical information response.\n•\nProvide support in the updating of tools (e.g., MedQueries) to deliver assets for training and objection handling to markets.\n•\nLiaise with other functions and ensure the provision of library service for internal and external requests as part of medical information and in the respect of copyrights.\nPublications\n•\nCoordinate the activity of different authors and of medical writing agencies to accelerate medical publications on Teoxane products and serve as medical writer.\n•\nCollaborate with peers in the review of press releases as well as other medical materials to value the published data.\nYour profile:\n•\nAdvanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or pharmacy (PhD, MD, PharmD).\n•\nMinimum 7 years of proven parcours professionnel in a similar role. Teoxane has a total freedom of thoughts, action and innovation which makes the company unique.\nIn the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:\n6-month temporary contract\nResponsibilities\n•\nMonitor and analyze\nmarket performance across sales, distributors, products, and channels, identifying growth opportunities and optimization levers\n•\nSupport\nthe achievement of commercial objectives through forecasting, KPI tracking, and business performance analysis\n•\nExecute\nglobal marketing campaigns and drive impactful local market activations\n•\nSupport commercial initiatives\nincluding incentives, sell-in campaigns, bundles, and sales enablement tools\n•\nServe as the key point\nof contact between HQ and international distributors for marketing, sales, and event-related activities\n•\nPartner with distributors\nto implement marketing plans and accelerate business growth across markets\n•\nCoordinate and deliver\ninternational medical events, including congresses, workshops, trainings, and expert meetings\n•\nManage Medical Education\ninitiatives and contribute to KOL engagement strategies\n•\nSupport product launches\nand local activation plans across international markets\n•\nOversee event logistics\nand operational execution, including budgeting and coordination\n•\nCollaborate\ncross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Finance teams on strategic projects\n•\nAnalyze campaign and event performance\nto continuously improve future activations and impact\nProfile\n•\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree\nin Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field\n•\n3–5 years of experience\nin marketing, events, or business development, ideally within aesthetics, medical devices, healthcare, or pharma industries\n•\nFluent in English\n(written and spoken); advanced Spanish required; French is a strong plus\n•\nSolid experience\nin operational\nmarketing and multi-market\ncampaign activation\n•\nExperience working with\ninternational distributor networks and healthcare professional (HCP) environments\n•\nStrong background in\norganizing professional events and coordinating international projects\n•\nExcellent\ncommunication and stakeholder management skills\n•\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven\n\nVotre prochaine etape professionnelle commence ici.",
