Notre maîtrise de l’acide hyaluronique nous permet de proposer des produits de comblements et des dermocosmétiques de la plus haute performance, dans plus de 90 pays dans le monde et d’être le 3ème acteur mondial des fillers à base d’acide hyaluronique.\nDans le cadre de notre fort développement, nous recrutons un/une :\nIngénieur Qualité Produit\nDans ce rôle, vous serez amené à gérer les processus qualité permettant de garantir la libération sur le marché des lots conformément aux réglementations en vigueur de la politique qualité et des procédures internes.\nActivités principales :\nAssurer la libération des lots de produits finis.\nAssurer un support Qualité aux différents services du site : présence terrain, formation, définition des règles qualité.\nParticiper à la gestion des incidents Qualité du site, assurer le suivi et approuver les non-conformités et déviations.\nPiloter les groupes de résolution de problèmes et soutenir les projets d’amélioration continue de la qualité.\nRelire, commenter et approuver des protocoles et rapports de Qualification et Validation des équipements et documents issus de projets d’innovation et d’amélioration.\nParticiper à la mise à jour et approbation de documents, suivi de Change Control.\nParticiper aux audits internes.\nVotre profil :\nDiplôme de Pharmacien, Universitaire, EPF, HES ou jugé équivalent.\nMinimum 3 ans d’expérience à un poste similaire dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou du dispositif médical.\nConnaissance des référentiels réglementaires et des standards relatifs aux Dispositifs médicaux.\nDynamique, autonome, organisé et appréciant le travail en collaboration.\nFrançais courant et Anglais niveau B2 minimum.",

Teoxane has a total freedom of thoughts, action and innovation which makes the company unique.\nIn the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:\nMarketing & Communication Coordinator (GER/ENG/FR)\nKey Responsibilities:\nSales Support\n• Develop and localize sales materials, brochures, presentations, and digital content tailored to Swiss market needs.\n• Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Sales team.\n• Maintain marketing collateral inventory and manage local adaptations.\n• Track marketing expenses and provide general marketing administrative support.\nHealthcare Professional Engagement\n• Organize and support educational events, workshops, webinars, and congresses targeting HCPs.\n• Collaborate with medical affairs to ensure accuracy and compliance in communication.\n• Support KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationship activities and speaker programs.\nCommunication & Content Coordination\n• Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints (print, digital, social media, events).\n• Support internal communications related to product launches and commercial updates.\n• Create and adapt content for newsletters, digital campaigns, and press releases.\n• Liaise with agencies and vendors for content creation, translation, and production.\nDigital Marketing\n• Execute and optimize local digital campaigns across channels, including email marketing, website updates, and social media.\n• Coordinate e-commerce/e-shop updates and related digital activities.\n• Track KPIs and assist in generating reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.\n• Contribute to multichannel marketing and omnichannel campaign execution to ensure consistent customer experience across touchpoints.\nCompliance and Documentation\n• Ensure all materials and activities meet local regulatory and compliance standards.\n• Manage documentation, approvals, and archiving of marketing materials.\nQualifications & Skills:\n• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or a related field.\n• Minimum 3 years of marketing and/or communication experience in the medical devices, pharma, or healthcare industry.\n• Parcours professionnel working closely with Sales and understanding of HCP engagement dynamics.\n• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix and cross-functional environment.\n• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, with good proficiency in English and French.\n• Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., MedTech Europe, local HCP codes).\n• Proficiency in digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) and email/CRM platforms is a plus.\n\nCe poste est a pourvoir rapidement.
