Your day-to-day tasks will cover:

• Prepare authentic Ayurvedic specialties in accordance with Ayurvedic principles.
• Take responsibility for the breakfast service, including Ayurvedic dishes and a high-quality continental breakfast
• Prepare daily staff meals
• Create and prepare a variety of Ayurvedic and international soups, main courses, and desserts for the evening service at a high culinary standard
• Take ownership of core responsibilities within your area of expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes

We are looking for someone with:

• Qualified chef and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally in a Head Chef position
• Experience in Ayurvedic cuisine; knowledge of traditional Ayurvedic cooking
• Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients, creativity, and culinary excellence
• Independent, reliable, and well-organized working style
• Relevant degree and professional experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
