To support our Career Services department and contribute to the daily experience of our students, we are currently looking for a :
Business Development Career Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
•
Develop and expand HIM’s network of industry partners across Switzerland and internationally, with a focus on finance, luxury, consulting and technology sectors.
•
Proactively identify, prospect and engage new employers through networking, cold calling and business development activities.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, alumni, employers, recruiters and other key stakeholders.
•
Represent HIM Business School at industry events, company visits, career fairs and networking opportunities to promote the school and its talent.
•
Create and facilitate internship and career opportunities aligned with students’ academic backgrounds and professional aspirations.
•
Guide and support students throughout their internship journey, including placement preparation, employer matching and follow-up during internships.
Education and Parcours professionnel
:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality Management or a related field
•
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industry partnerships, business development, career services, or a similar role
•
Proven ability to develop and maintain professional networks across multiple industries
•
Proficient in English; additional languages are a strong asset
