The
Hospitality Business School Operations
department ensures the seamless delivery of academic and student services across all programs. The department develops high-standard services and learning solutions to foster student growth and career progression. Its mission is to optimize processes, resources, and support systems to enhance the learner parcours professionnel. The department collaborates with faculty and service units to maintain operational excellence and quality standards. It drives initiatives that align with institutional goals, fostering efficiency and innovation.

Career Development Advisor
The perimetre of the
Career Development Advisor
is to support students in their personal, professional, and career development through coaching, operational coordination, and administrative activities. Working closely with the Learning, Development & Career Department (LDC), the Career Development Advisor develops and implements initiatives that extend support beyond academics and contribute to a holistic student experience.
What will you do?

Co-design, coordinate, and deliver career development coaching services (i.e. assessments, coaching programs, mentorship programs, development discussions, career advisory).

Provide job placement support (i.e. placement advisory, mock-up interviews, CV checks).

Co-design and coordinate career events (i.e. career days, fireside chats / industry talks, workshops).

Co-design and coordinate student expertise & engagement activities.

Lead and manage communications with learners, as well as key internal and external stakeholders.

Provide administrative support to the LDC Department.
Who are you ?

You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in either Management, Hospitality, Education and Psychology, or a related field.

You have more than 5 years of professional experience in a related field.

You are a certified coach with parcours professionnel in career services and advisory, professional transitions and leadership development for a mature audience.

You have experience in talent placement/recruitment in the hospitality or service industries.

You possess strong communication, stakeholder, and operations management skills.

You have a strong interest and demonstrated ability to deliver content on leadership, management, continuous learning and career progression.

You have professional working proficiency in English (minimum C1 level). Proficiency in French is a plus.
