Our company is further expanding by setting up a brand-new manufacturing site located in Nidau. In order to reinforce our Customer Service in Brügg, we are currently recruiting a professional for the temporary position as

Customer Service Administrator 100%

(temporary contract until December 31st, 2026)

Job Description

• Complete products returns process from creation through crediting and filing
• Assist in verifying documents for archiving purpose
• Sending shipping documents to customers
• Generating or sending reports to required recipients
• Process Marketing Material shipments
• Assist with answering and forwarding incoming phone calls

Your profile

• Completed administrative/commercial education (or similar)
• Working experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization is preferred
• Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus
• Proficient computer and MS Office skills
• Stress resistant, reliable and flexible personality with very good communication skills
• Open minded as well as service oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle ERP is a plus
