TheEHL School of Practical Artsdepartment is responsible for delivering hands-on training in key hospitality skills, such as culinary arts, service excellence, and guest relations.

Fine Dining Restaurant Assistant Manager - BDSWhat will you do?
Support the Restaurant Manager in supervising and coordinating daily operational activities.
Support the service team through planning and operational activities.
Ensure the consistent quality, positioning and standards of a gourmet restaurant.
Act as a representative point of contact in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Collaborate with other departments linked to the Restaurant activities.
Contribute to financial management by assisting with budget monitoring, cost control and purchase requests.
Participate actively in the promotion and representation of the EHL brand through exemplary service and professional conduct.
Contribute to the pedagogical aspect of the workshop by supporting students and assisting the lecturers.
Who you are?
You have a CFC or an equivalent diploma.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position within a gastronomic restaurant.
You have previous experience working in a Michelin-star restaurant.
You have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, and solid organizational abilities.
You are creative, flexible, and result-oriented.
You are strongly guest-oriented.
You have proven team-management experience.
You are fluent in French and English (C1).
