As
Global Marketing Operations Strategy Lead,
you will drive Nestlé's end-to-end Marketing Operations transformation from insights to execution. Your role will be to integrate advanced technology, data, automation and AI capabilities into the way we build brands and execute marketing campaigns at scale. Reporting into the Global Head of Marketing Operations and Global Process Owner, you will combine strategic thinking and management of cross functional teams to deliver change at scale: identifying and sizing opportunities, designing new capabilities, codifying global marketing processes, briefing key partners and enabling markets to adopt new ways of working powered by data and technology.

Lead
•
Orchestrate the Group-level end-to-end Marketing Operations transformation agenda, communicating progress clearly and engaging senior stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, Finance, NBS marketing operations, Zones and markets.
•
Define, map and codify Marketing processes from insights and brief creation through campaign execution, media, content, analytics and optimization, creating a clear operating model and scalable processes across regions and markets.
•
Design and operationalize Insights to Execution capabilities enabled by data, AI, automation and marketing technology, ensuring tools and workflows support the 4Us of brand building and can scale across Zones and markets.
•
Identify operating model changes that will increase the productivity of our marketing operations or augment our marketers.
•
Lead the global migration from existing brand planning capabilities to new solutions in close collaboration with Finance, IT, Procurement, NBS, agencies and pilot markets, continuously evolving the capability in line with the product roadmap.
•
Benchmark external and internal progress in digital, data and AI, identify high-value opportunities for Nestlé Marketing, and build structured pilots that help the Marketing community innovate and scale faster.
•
Put in place transformation KPIs and value-creation tracking, maintaining close connection with Finance, IT and NBS teams to monitor delivery, adoption, productivity gains and business impact.
•
Lead one direct subject matter expert in brand planning while indirectly coordinating IT, NBS, agency and consulting resources to deliver high-quality transformation outcomes.
What will make you successful
•
Extensive experience in Marketing Operations and transformation projects, including process design, operating model evolution and implementation.
•
Strong understanding of the marketing value chain, from insights and brief creation to execution, media, content, digital, analytics and optimization.
•
Good knowledge of marketing technology, data, analytics, automation and AI-enabled solutions, with the ability to turn business needs into scalable ways of working.
•
Hands-on transformation mindset, with the ability to engage stakeholders, define requirements, codify processes and drive adoption across markets and Zones.
•
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, including with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
•
Strong analytical and value-creation orientation, with the ability to define KPIs, track adoption and demonstrate business impact.
•
Fluency in English.
