Offre d'emploi : Group Controller Sales & Marketing 80-100% (incl. 2 days HO) -- Humanis AG, Stadt Zürich.
Join a leading FMCG business headquartered in the Zurich area in a highly visible Group Sales & Marketing Controlling role, where you will partner with international stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Retail.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights, driving performance, and shaping future reporting processes in a dynamic international environment.
Group Controller Sales & Marketing 80-100% (incl. 2 days HO)
Your tasks
•
Act as a trusted business partner to international Sales, Marketing and Retail teams, supporting local controllers and driving commercial performance across markets and channels
•
Analyse and monitor product, customer and route-to-market performance, including key franchises, seasonal business, key accounts, distributors, retail and pricing developments
•
Prepare and validate financial models for product innovations, retail investments and value chain analyses, ensuring sound business decisions and risk assessment
•
Deliver high-quality monthly and annual reporting, including product and customer contribution statements, retail performance, price elasticity and net-net pricing analysis
•
Lead BI reporting and master data management, ensuring high data quality, developing new reports and processes, collaborating closely with IT and training users across the organization
•
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and management presentations, while proactively improving reporting standards, finance processes and supporting wider controlling projects
Your profile
•
Bachelor as well as Master degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or a related field
•
At least 5 years of parcours professionnel in a comparable controlling role within the FMCG industry
•
Self-motivated, hands-on and results-driven personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with excellent analytical and conceptual thinking and a collaborative mindset
•
Advanced user of MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong knowledge of Tagetik, SAP BI and ERP systems
•
Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an advantage
•
International mindset and willingness to relocate abroad for future career opportunities
