Atrium Group AG is a leading luxury facility management company based in Zollikon and Geneva. We provide villas with 5 Star hospitality services for HNWI/UHNWI for medical, business and leisure stays in Switzerland. Our clients enjoy an exclusive service that includes a butler/chef, concierge, limousine and daily housekeeping seven days a week.

We are looking for a hands on and service oriented Housekeeping Assistant Manager to support the smooth daily operation of our luxury residences. If you are detail driven, reliable, and comfortable working in exclusive client facing environments, this role could be a great fit for you. In this position, you will act as a key support to the Head of Housekeeping and help ensure that our villas consistently meet the highest five-star standards. The ideal candidate enjoys leading by example, coordinating teams, and making sure everything runs seamlessly.

 
Your Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Housekeeping in the daily coordination and hands on operation of all villas
  • Take an active role in maintaining the villas by personally carrying out cleaning duties in guest areas and premises, including laundry
  • Ensure consistently high housekeeping standards through regular checks, inspections, and by leading through example on the floor
  • Act as deputy during absences and busy periods
  • Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and priorities within the housekeeping team
  • Ensure guest requests are handled promptly, professionally, and discreetly
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Identify and report maintenance issues or quality gaps
  • Support onboarding and daily supervision of housekeeping staff
  • Work closely with operations, chefs, and facility management teams
  • Maintain absolute discretion in private, high-end environments

You are/have

  • Several years of experience in housekeeping within luxury hospitality, private residences, or UHNW environments
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in housekeeping or operations
  • Strong eye for detail and high service awareness
  • Reliable, flexible, and well-organized with a hands-on mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage
  • Confident using basic IT tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Must have: Valid driving licence and own car
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland
