At our headquarter in Hünenberg (Zug), we are looking for a maternity cover in our HR team from
August 2026 to March 2027
.
Your field of play
•
Responsible for various HR administration tasks, with a strong focus on the employee exit process
•
Responsible for monthly payroll processing, including year-end settlements related to social security and withholding tax for one Swiss entity
•
Support the HR team across a range of activities, including the organisation of local events
Your story
•
Federal certificate as HR specialist or equivalent training
•
5+ years of professional experience in personnel administration and payroll processing
•
Profound knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security
•
Business fluent in English and German
•
Organizational talent with strengths such as independence and reliability
•
With your open and warm personality, you will fit perfectly into our small, open-minded and innovative HR team
