Your position:
On behalf of one or several customers, you will manage the HR administration and payroll of internationally mobile employees while ensuring a seamless mobility experience for both clients and employees. Join our team as an
International Mobility Administrator (IMA)
and become a key partner for client companies worldwide.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in international HR, work with diverse teams, and contribute to global mobility programs.
Context and Environment:
As an International Mobility Administrator, you will operate in a
dynamic, international environment
, supporting a diverse population of internationally mobile employees.

Manage and coordinate remotely
with employees, subsidiaries, and head office contacts across multiple countries

Deliver outstanding service
by ensuring high-quality expatriate management and HR support

Act as a
trusted partner
to clients, proactively addressing needs and ensuring a smooth international assignment experience

Play a key role in
enhancing client satisfaction
and strengthening the company’s reputation for excellence in international mobility
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Compensation Management:

Process monthly payroll for internationally mobile employees using Proconcept (ERP)

Record all employee data and payroll elements, including salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances, and expense reports

Perform payroll checks and adjustments; validate payslips and coordinate with Accounting as needed

Manage post-payroll reporting (social security, subsidiary reporting, internal lists)

Prepare compensation simulations and cost analyses in compliance with client mobility policies
International HR & Mobility Administration

Manage the full lifecycle of international assignments: hiring, assignment changes, and contract termination

Draft employment contracts and ensure proper implementation and monitoring of employee contracts

Conduct onboarding meetings with employees

Manage social security affiliations, updates, and required documentation

Handle offboarding, including termination letters, final settlements, social security closure, and salary certificates

Ensure compliance with mobility policies and escalate issues to your manager
Required Profile:
We are looking for a professional who combines technical HR expertise with strong interpersonal skills:

Minimum
2 years of experience in Switzerland
in payroll establishment and management

Personnel Assistant Certificate (Federal HR Management Diploma is an asset)

Excellent command of
French and English
(fluent English required)

Several years’ expertise in HR administrative management, including
social insurance and Swiss labour law
(parcours professionnel in international deployments/coordination is a plus)

Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent resilience under stress in a multidisciplinary, client-focused environment

Willingness to learn and adapt
in a fast-paced environment

Team spirit
combined with the ability to work independently
