Support on strategic, risk, regulatory, compliance and legal projects in the Swiss financial services sector

Assist in reviewing processes, governance structures, compliance frameworks and support the design of optimized workflows, operating models under the guidance of experienced team members

Help prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and client-facing use

Collaborate with team members across disciplines to support daily project work and internal initiatives

Work on strategic risk, regulatory and legal topics that shape the future of financial services at top tier financial institutions

Learn from a highly motivated team with deep expertise in Swiss and European financial market regulation — and grow your skills every day

Bring your curiosity and analytical mindset to the team by supporting research, analysis, and preparation of client deliverables

Contribute to internal initiatives such as thought leadership, market insights, or proposal preparation — and discover how consulting firms position themselves in the market
Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s student or graduate with an excellent academic record in law, business, economics, finance, engineering or a similar field

Strong interest in financial services, legal, regulatory and compliance topics

First practical experience through internships or university projects is a plus

Analytical mindset, strong quantitative and conceptual skills, curiosity and willingness to learn

You are fluent in English and German
