IT Project Manager
We are a dynamic scale-up and have been revolutionising the Swiss e-commerce market for over 5 years. With our unique platforms — from Brands for Employees to Brands for Students and the MyAXA Deals Platform — we offer exclusive access to leading products and services to closed communities. In partnership with Twint, we also run the majority of Twint Superdeals.
With 100+ passionate team members across Europe, we generate a mid double-digit million turnover and have grown at an average of 70% annually. Awarded the SEF.Growth High Potential Label by the Swiss Economic Forum, we’re on an ambitious journey and you know what — we’re just getting started 🚀.
To strengthen our Business Systems team, we are looking for an IT Project Manager (3rd Party System Implementations) with strong project delivery skills and solid BPM capabilities. Your fonction: lead the end-to-end implementation of key 3rd-party systems — such as a new accounting system, a warehouse management system, and a CRM — and analyse, document, and optimise the business processes these systems support.
This is a role for someone with parcours professionnel in IT project management and process work who wants to own business-critical implementations from vendor selection to go-live. You’ll learn and work close with an experienced IT team as well as with the senior management of the company.
Place of work: Dällikon, Zurich area — Hybrid
Start: immediately or by arrangement
Your Mission
As an IT Project Manager in our Business Systems team, you sit at the intersection of business, processes, and technology. You take business-critical 3rd-party system implementations, a new accounting system, a warehouse management system, a CRM and more, from vendor evaluation through requirements, rollout, and adoption.
Because every system is only as good as the processes around it, BPM is your second pillar: you analyse how we work today, design how we should work tomorrow, and make sure processes, systems, and data flows work seamlessly together after go-live.
You work in an agile environment (Scrum/SAFe-inspired/Team Topologies) and collaborate closely with our Head of Business Systems, the wider IT team, external vendors, and internal stakeholders across the company. Your work directly influences how our company scales — and you'll grow with it!
Your Responsibilities
🚀 3rd-Party System Implementation & Project Leadership

Lead end-to-end projects for implementing major 3rd-party applications (e.g. Accounting, Warehouse Management, CRM, ERP modules)

Own the discovery, vendor evaluation, requirements definition, and rollout planning

Translate business needs into clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables

Ensure alignment with C-Level, stakeholders, and operational teams

Learn to Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations

Help coordinate internal teams and external vendors throughout the implementation from kick-off to go-live and hypercare
📊 Process Analysis, Design & Optimisation

Analyse, map, and document the business processes affected by each implementation end-to-end across departments

Structure and model workflows using BPM best practices (e.g. BPMN, RACI, Value Streams)

Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities

Redesign processes to improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and data quality

Align process changes with business goals, system capabilities, and organisational constraints

Ensure harmonisation of cross-departmental workflows (e.g. Business Performance → Business Operations → Logistics → Customer Care → Finance)

Collaborate closely with teams to validate, challenge, and implement improved workflows

Support adoption in daily operations and ensure processes work in practice — not only on paper
🧩 Vendor & Integration Management

Support vendor selection with structured evaluations, including options, trade-offs, risks, and total cost of ownership

Manage vendor relationships, contract scope, SLAs, and delivery quality throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure new systems align with our application landscape around data ownership, master data flows, integrations, and system lifecycles

Prepare structured decision proposals for C-level stakeholders
🛠️ Testing, Change Management & Adoption

Plan and coordinate testing phases (UAT, migration validation, integration testing) with business teams and vendors

Prepare and execute data migration, cut-over, and go-live plans

Drive change management: training, documentation, and communication for affected teams

Define success criteria and measure adoption after go-live

Establish hypercare and a clean handover into day-to-day operations and support

Work in an agile environment, including planning, refinements, reviews, and delivery (Scrum / SAFe-inspired)
👑 Growth & Ownership

Take ownership of business-critical implementation projects — and grow with each challenge

Build expertise and credibility across project portfolio management, BPM, and vendor management

Grow your role as our project portfolio expands — with the opportunity to lead larger programmes and shape our implementation standards

Learn from our Head of Business Systems and collaborate closely with the wider IT team

Contribute to defining project management and BPM standards, methodologies, and frameworks for the company
Your Profile

Experience in IT project management, ideally implementing 3rd-party business systems, you don't need to know everything, but you bring a solid foundation

Strong analytical mindset you can understand complex systems and break them down

Good technological understanding that allows you to confidently discuss integrations, data flows, and system architecture with Engineering and vendors

Parcours professionnel with requirements engineering and structured documentation

Basic+ understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Team Topologies)

Strong stakeholder communication skills, you can talk to the C-Level, vendors, and the development team equally well

Experience working with tools like ClickUp, Figma, and Google Workspace and any kind of ITSM System

Hands-on mentality with a structured, pragmatic working style

Strong growth mindset, you are eager to learn, take on responsibility, and grow with an expanding project portfolio

Fluent in German and English
The Team Around You
