The successful candidate will bring strong technical understanding, combined with business analysis expertise, and will be comfortable working in global, multicultural environments using Agile methodologies.

Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Business Analyst to join our client's team in a dynamic international environment. This role is ideal for a professional who started their career in software development and has successfully transitioned into a Business Analyst position.
The successful candidate will bring strong technical understanding, combined with business analysis expertise, and will be comfortable working in global, multicultural environments using Agile methodologies.

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams across international locations

Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from global stakeholders

Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications

Leverage prior development experience to ensure feasibility and technical alignment of solutions

Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams in different regions

Write high-quality documentation including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams in an Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban)

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

Support development teams by clarifying requirements and removing ambiguities

Contribute to testing strategies, including UAT, and validate delivered functionalities

Identify opportunities for process improvements and help drive continuous improvement initiatives
Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Proven background as an IT Technical Business Analyst, following an initial experience as a Software Developer

Strong understanding of software development processes, architectures, and system integrations

Expertise working in international companies, with exposure to global and distributed environments

Solid expertise with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
