Act as the innovation lead for the Digital Workplace by designing, implementing, and supporting automation and AI-driven solutions that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and overall user experience. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify opportunities, deliver intelligent automation, and contribute to the modernization of the organization's digital ecosystem.IT Workplace Engineer - h/fOur client is a not for profit organisation located in Geneva. They offer a really good flexibility to their employees.DescriptionAutomation and integrationDesign and implement Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and integrations across SharePoint and TeamsDevelop and deploy AI-based solutions (Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI) to streamline processes and improve information discoveryIn coordination with business owners, identify automation opportunities, manage their full lifecycle (design, development, deployment, continuous improvement)Maintain documentation and ensure solution scalability and complianceDigital architecture and governanceContribute to the overall Microsoft 365, intranet, and AI architecture and governance modelEnsure alignment with IT security, compliance, and data governance standardsManage access controls, licensing, and configuration best practices for M365 toolsCollaborate with IT Enterprise Architect for solution coherence and integrationEnd-User experience and adoptionServe as primary point of contact for users regarding automation and AI enhancements.Deliver workshops, awareness sessions, and training to foster adoption and promote digital literacyEngage with departments to capture needs, co-design solutions, and measure impact on productivityPromote innovation and new ways of working across the organizationPartner collaborationWork with external vendors and technology partners on advanced integrations and solution deliveryCoordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring quality and timely executionSupport project evaluation, vendor management, and alignment with digital roadmapBusiness process modelling and digitalizationAnalyze and document business processes to identify manual or repetitive tasks suitable for automationCollaborate with departments to optimize workflows and integrate automation within existing systemsApply BPMD methodologies to ensure process transparency and efficiencyBest practicesBe familiar with best practices in related processes (such as procurement, documentation) and areas of workCarry out work in alignment with strategic objectives and rules to deliver optimal service to both internal and external stakeholdersProfileStrong expertise in Microsoft 365: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Teams, VivaImplemented AI productivity tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, MCP) and led governance setup for responsible usage.Understanding of API integrations (JSON, PowerShell, Python)Knowledge of cloud architecture, security, and governance principlesBusiness process modelling and digitalizationExcellent communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiencesEnglish (fluent) and French (asset)Innovative and user-oriented mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent collaboration and change management skillsAbility to build trustful partnerships with business stakeholdersSelf-driven, organized, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunitiesJob OfferOur Client offers you:An attractive organisationA dynamic work environment in GenevaFlexibility (Home-office, Flexible hours)Really competitive LPPIf you are a dedicated and ambitious professional seeking a rewarding career in the Not For Profit Organisation, we invite you to apply today for this position.
