CONTEXT & Role
:
The
Learning & Development Manager
is responsible for designing, deploying and leading
Erborian
’s Learning & Development strategy across the
Export perimeter
(approximately 30 countries).
This role aims to train, engage and inspire local teams (distributors, Beauty Advisors, trainers and key partners) to fully embody Erborian’s unique DNA, its Korean heritage, and its strong commitment to self-esteem, empowering them to become true self-advocates of the brand and to create Brand Lovers both inside and outside the organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
:
1. L&D and Brand Education Strategy

Define and drive the Export L&D strategy in line with Erborian’s global vision

Translate Erborian’s brand DNA, Korean skincare expertise and values into impactful learning journeys

Develop innovative training tools to empower local teams and enable them to confidently advocate for the brand

Challenge countries and advise on their yearly training & incentives strategy to boost coverage of BA's trained & sell out performance
2. International Training Deployment

Design and deliver training programs (in-person, digital and hybrid) for:

Distributor teams

Beauty Advisors (BAs)

Local trainers

Train markets on:

Brand positioning and storytelling

Korean DNA & skincare expertise

Product launches and routines

Erborian’s self-esteem commitment

Create adaptable training tools to meet local market needs and maturity levels

Inspire & involve countries during our annual seminar with duplicable and locally reusable formats
3. Field Presence & Local Activation

Travel regularly across Export markets to:

Conduct market visits

Understand local challenges and opportunities

Adapt training content and methods accordingly

Participate in or lead:

Influencer events

Masterclasses

In-store BA trainings

Physical BA trainings

Act as a brand ambassador on the field to assess knowledge & create brand lovers
4. Brand Love & Community Building

Build and nurture a strong Brand Love culture within local teams & internally

Foster emotional engagement and long-term advocacy for Erborian

Develop a community of Erborian ambassadors (inside & outside)

Collaborate closely with Central team to keep on building around korean DNA & Self Esteem
5. Performance & Continuous Improvement

Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback and ROI

Support markets in their continuous skills development

Identify opportunities to improve content, formats and learning impact

Manage project timelines and budgets related to Export L&D initiatives
HOW YOU CAN FIT
:

First experience of 3+ years in Learning & Development or Training, ideally within beauty or luxury

Strong experience in international environments and ability to manage a multi-country scope

Solid understanding of retail, field and in-store dynamics

Fluent in English, French is a plus. Any additional language is an asset

Inspiring leadership and strong facilitation skills

Excellent storytelling and communication abilities

Strong field affinity and passion for human connections, with a high intercultural sensivity

Entrepreneurial, agile and solution-oriented mindset
