CONTEXT & MISSION:
We are looking for a Marketing Development Manager to join our Global Hospitality & Spa team for a 6-month maternity leave replacement (fixed-term contract).
Within the L'Occitane en Provence Global Hospitality & Spa Teams, you will support the growth of L'Occitane en Provence within the hospitality ecosystem (premium hotels partners, Spa, airlines, gym clubs, restaurants etc.), through the development of curated products and accessories. You will work in close collaboration with the commercial teams as well as the development experts from our Manufacture.
You will report to the Head of Marketing Hospitality & Spa.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
•
In charge of the Hospitality & Spa products and accessories portfolio (>150 references)
•
Build the 3Y product's plan, answering both brand's DNA and business priorities
•
Lead all product development's step, from first recommendation to production & end-of-life
•
Lead new (re)launches and ranges bringing together all development teams, ensuring clear briefs, deadlines' respect and margin optimization
•
Collaborate daily with development experts: packaging, graphism, laboratories, subcontractors, logistics (through design brief writing, formula development follow-up, product description etc)
•
Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and foster consistency with the product strategy from retail, as well as Hospitality environmental evolving regulations (integrate a sustainable dimension in all launches)
•
For Spa portfolio, ensure launch plan consistency with cabin protocol's renewal
•
Analyse launches performance, creating recommendations on the evolution of the portfolio
•
Work together with the Hospitality Communication Manager to support product launches with adapted 360° tools (pack shots, sales presentations, novelties toolboxes…)
•
Work closely with the Hospitality sales team and spa trainers, to understand business/field needs and support specific products requests from them, including training tools and commercial speech (L&D on products, ingredients, claims, packaging choices…)
•
Run competitive reviews on the premium hospitality market to anticipate future developments (innovations, new sizes, prices etc) of all the different segments of the hospitality & wellness industry
•
Follow regularly hospitality trends and understand business needs to adopt a customer centric mindset and search for new opportunities
HOW YOU CAN FIT:

3+ years’ parcours professionnel in product development
•
A previous experience in either luxury, beauty, hospitality industry is a real plus
•
Fluent in English & French
•
Rigorous with strong organizational, attention to details and prioritization skills
•
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
•
Assertive and influencing skills
•
Strong team-player with excellent collaborative and communication skills, with the willingness to work in an international fast-paced environment with remote & multicultural teams
