Performed maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on semiconductor manufacturing equipment
•
Developed proactive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
•
Created maintenance reports/procedures and analyzed data to improve equipment reliability
•
Supported TPM programs to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency
