Maintenance Engineer - SAP

For one of our international clients operating in the chemical industry, we are currently recruiting aMaintenance Engineer - SAP PMfor a temporary assignment on their site in Münchwilen (AG), Switzerland.This role focuses on the analysis, optimization, and standardization of maintenance processes within SAP. You will work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to improve data quality and ensure efficient maintenance operations.Maintenance Engineer – SAPMaintenance Engineer - SAPYour ResponsibilitiesAnalyze maintenance data in SAP (technical objects, maintenance plans, work orders)Review and improve existing maintenance strategies and procedures (SOPs)Support the standardization of maintenance plans, cycles, and task descriptionsClean and maintain SAP master data (remove obsolete data, update technical objects)Create and update maintenance plans directly in SAPCollaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistencyYour ProfileExperience in a production environment (pharma or chemical industry preferred)Good understanding of maintenance processesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAdvanced Excel skills (data analysis & reporting)Hands-on and structured working styleExperience with SAP PM (S/4HANA is a plus)Fluent German (C1) is required - English B1 minimumThis is a great opportunity to contribute to the optimization of maintenance processes in a dynamic and international industrial environment.
