You'll have the freedom to make an impact in a fast-evolving, purpose-driven organization that values growth, agility, and creativity.More about the roleLead procurement activities within projects, ensuring value added and timely sourcing of materials and servicesPartner with R&D and Engineering to integrate procurement strategies into product design and developmentSupport VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) initiatives to drive cost optimization and continuous improvementNegotiate supplier contracts and manage relationships to deliver innovation, quality, and savingsMaintain accurate material master data in SAP through the design and development phasesPromote sustainable sourcing practices and contribute to Sonova's digital procurement evolutionCollaborate globally to align sourcing plans with business objectives and category strategiesMore about youMaster's degree in a commercial or technical discipline3+ years of experience in direct procurement and project-based sourcing, ideally in a global organization, with a proven track record of delivering business value3+ years of project management experience, ensuring timely and successful execution of projectsStrong negotiation, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship skillsSolid understanding of target costing, supplier development, and value engineeringExperience using SAPFluent in English (written and spoken)Curious and forward-thinking — an AI enthusiast who explores how digital and data-driven tools can transform procurementPMP/MCIPS/IPMA/MBA qualification or experience in Medical, Automotive, or Technology industries are an advantageMore About What We OfferAs one of the world's leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we're committed to building an inclusive culture.
