As a Marketing Manager at Ypsomed, you will take ownership of integrated marketing activities and play a key role in translating product and market insights into compelling messaging and content.
You will work closely with Business Development, Product Categories, subject matter experts, and the Media Center to develop marketing initiatives that drive engagement, support customer decision-making, and contribute to business growth.</p> <h1>

Your main tasks</h2> <ul> <li>
Own, develop, and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns with clear messaging from concept to implementation</li> <li>
Drive and coordinate the development of high-quality content such as case studies, presentations, videos, and sales enablement materials in collaboration with the Media Center</li> <li>
Strengthen sales enablement by developing impactful assets such as presentations, battle cards, and use case summaries that support customer engagement and conversion</li> <li>
Advance product marketing initiatives by developing engaging content formats while ensuring alignment with broader marketing activities</li> <li>
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Product Categories, subject matter experts, and the Media Center</li> <li>
Ensure timely and reliable delivery of marketing campaigns and content</li> <li>
Willingness to travel occasionally (typically 2–4 times per year)</li> </ul> <h2>
Your profile</h2> <ul> <li>
Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, including campaign and product marketing, with a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and content strategies</li> <li>
Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field</li> <li>
Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, combining a hands-on approach with conceptual depth and creative thinking</li> <li>
Experience in Med
Tech or a technical industry is preferred</li> <li>
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights</li> <li>
Strong organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills</li> <li>
Fluent in English (C1);
