Poste a pourvoir : Minor Works Lead -- Geneva -- CBRE GWS GmbH.
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions provides integrated facility management services on all continents with more than 60,000 employees. In Switzerland, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services for clients from various industries.
For our growing Facility Management organisation at a client in Geneva we are looking for a:
Minor Works lead:
Your Tasks:
•
Initiating, coordinating, and implementing small-scale projects in accordance with contractual definitions (Project Matrix).
•
Preparing decision-making documents, overviews, and milestone management.
•
Coordinating with internal and external suppliers; managing budgets and cost overviews.
•
Task management: Creating and processing FM tasks from the client task list.
•
Developing and improving processes related to small-scale project management.
•
Facilitation of stakeholder interests within the scope of projects and tasks.
•
Additional tasks/activities arising from the scope of responsibilities.
•
Support for monthly KPI management (project-related).
•
Assistance in identifying large-scale projects.
Your profile:
•
Successfully completed studies in FM, Technology, or Business Administration.
•
Experiences with project management.
•
Experiences with small and medium projects.
•
Assertive, solution-oriented, able to deal with complexity.
•
Fluency in written and spoken English & French
•
Proficiency in MS Office, CMMS tools, purchasing tools.
•
Strong communication and facilitation skills / collaborative approach (at all levels).
•
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
•
A pragmatic and efficient implementation mindset and assertiveness.
