Officer, Business Process Optimization & Operations (Contract)
The Role
We are seeking a
Business Analyst with strong execution skills
to support process optimization and operational delivery in a fast-paced, international environment.
This role suits a
process-driven, proactive professional
who combines structured analysis with hands-on implementation and a strong ownership mindset.
Key Responsibilities
•
Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities using data and stakeholder input
•
Translate business needs into
clear requirements and process documentation
(process maps, workflows, BRDs)
•
Drive
end-to-end execution
of process improvements, ensuring timely delivery
•
Collaborate with IT on system enhancements and lead
UAT testing
•
Support
change management and rollout
of new processes
•
Ensure
data quality, consistency, and operational efficiency
Your Profile
•
Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar
•
Experience in
business analysis, process improvement, or transformation delivery
•
Strong
execution focus
with ability to deliver, not just advise
•
Expertise in a
leading consulting or professional services firm
is highly valued
•
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management
•
Proactive, structured, and results-oriented
