Rieter recrute un(e) OT Development Lead (w/m/d) a Winterthur.

OT Development Lead (w/m/d)
We are looking for a sympathetic, proactive person who likes to take on the varied tasks in our experienced team on his own and who keeps an overview even in hectic times.
Your Tasks

Leading software development teams for platform and machine-control projects

Coordination of competence center resources together with project management

Technical and methodological guidance and active support in development efforts

Communication with management stakeholders as well as technical teams

5 - 10% Mobility
Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field

At least 7 years of experience in OT/ICS development or industrial automation

Proven experience in leading OT projects and teams

In-depth knowledge of PLC and IPC based development projects: Experience in industrial environments (automation, mechanical engineering, robotics) and in machine and personal security, solid knowledge of software development with C and C++, Knowledge of embedded Linux, Experience with field bus protocols (EtherCAT, CANopen etc.), Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities

Deep understanding of risks and mitigation strategies in OT environments

Fluent in German and English
