We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented
Paralegal / Contract Manager
to support a broad range of legal and corporate matters, including contract management, intellectual property, corporate governance and legal operations.
You will work closely with the Director Legal Services and cross‑functional stakeholders, contributing to legal projects, ensuring smooth documentation processes and supporting compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Legal & Operational Support

Draft, review and manage a variety of legal agreements and templates

Support day‑to‑day legal requests from internal stakeholders

Prepare litigation materials and maintain evidence files

Coordinate document legalizations and signatures
Intellectual Property

Coordinate trademark registration and renewals and manage portfolio

Assist with IP enforcement and brand protection activities

Manage documentation related to IP matters and liaise with external counsel
Corporate Governance

Support corporate governance activities and maintain corporate records

Track Directors & Officers documentation and updates

Execute and oversee KYC/UBO processes and related reporting

Assist with audits and compliance‑related initiatives
Legal Operations & Administration

Maintain legal databases and document management systems

Track and organize legal documentation and reporting

Manage invoices and purchase orders related to legal services within authority limits

Contribute to the improvement of legal templates and processes
Projects & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate cross‑functional legal projects and initiatives

Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external providers

Support the development and delivery of legal and compliance trainings
Profile

Solid expertise in a similar paralegal or contract management role

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Clear and effective communication (able to simplify complex matters)

Proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable working independently

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

Swiss citizenship or valid Swiss work permit
