About the Role </h2> <p>
The Product management Lead defines the implementation of the product roadmap, delivering the strategic objectives and priorities of the 4 companies within Coesia Digital Printing Solutions (DPS) cluster.</p> <p>
The Product Management Lead will ensure the effective operational deployment of the Product Management function across the businesses within Coesia Digital Printing Solutions (DPS),</p> <p>
The role balances portfolio strategy and roadmap leadership with strong execution of inbound product management (VoC/VoM, requirements, business cases) and outbound product management (go-to-market enablement, launch readiness), primarily through robust New Product Introduction (NPI) governance and cross-functional execution.</p> <h2>
Key Responsibilities </h2> <ol> <li> <strong>
Portfolio Strategy &
Roadmap Leadership: </strong>
Define and drive portfolio strategy and a multi-year roadmap aligned with DPS strategy, business goals, market trends, and technology developments.
Lead portfolio optimization, including lifecycle management, cost efficiency, and profitability improvement</li> <li> <strong>
Operational Deployment of the Product Management Function (Inbound): </strong>
Establish and manage Voice of Customer / Voice of Market processes and translate insights into product requirements and business cases
Standardize product management practices, governance, and performance tracking</li> <li> <strong>
Operational Deployment of the Product Management Function (Outbound): </strong>
Lead product launches (NPI) end-to-end, ensuring cross-functional readiness and execution
Define and track launch success metrics and drive continuous improvement</li> <li> <strong>
Cross-Functional Governance &
Execution: </strong>
Collaborate with R&
D and key stakeholders to prioritize development and ensure effective execution across the product lifecycle
Lead governance processes to support alignment and decision-making</li> <li> <strong>
Leadership &
Team Development: </strong>
Lead and develop the Product Management team, ensuring clear roles, strong collaboration, and capability building</li> </ol> <h2>
What You Need to Be Successful</h2> <ul> <li>
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related field (MBA or advanced business qualification is a plus)</li> <li>
At least 5 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or business development in machinery orientated markets</li> <li>
Fluency in English and German</li> <li>
Team leadership experience is strongly preferred</li> <li>
Experience in both inbound (VoC/VoM, requirements, business cases) and outbound (go-to-market, launches/NPI) product management</li> <li>
Solid technical understanding of industrial technologies (e.g. automation, digital printing, packaging equipment, mechatronics)</li> <li>
Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a structured environment (e.g.
NPI, stage-gate)</li> <li>
Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen (pricing, margins, lifecycle profitability) and excellent communication skills</li> <li>
Ability to set priorities, drive accountability, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment</li> <li>
Experience in healthcare/pharma is a must and consumer packaging is a plus</li> </ul> <h2>
