Product Manager Automation 100% (w/m/d)
Your Tasks
Take an active role in technical sales, supporting the global sales organization in value?based selling, solution definition, and technical?commercial clarification in complex customer-specific automation and system projects
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation systems towards the fully automated spinning mill
Identify market trends and customer requirements and translate them into competitive automation solutions
Conduct and maintain market and competitor analyses to support portfolio and investment decisions
Act as Product Owner (PLM) for automation products, engineered solutions, spare parts, and repair offerings across the full lifecycle
Ensure close collaboration with R&D, engineering, operations, sales, and service to deliver customer?focused solutions
Your Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, product management, or solution engineering for automation systems (e.g. AGVs, cobots, palletizing solutions)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
Experience in the textile industry is an advantage
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams
Willingness for global travel
Openess to other cultures
Fluent in English and German
