project manager in the software development area
to further support our software strategy and goals.

Location & working model
On-Site in Frick (Switzerland), Vienna (Austria), or Munich (Germany) – app. 30% remote work possible
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end software development projects
(python/angular technology stack)
Our IT Tool portfolio currently contains six different products, which are used by customers, external partners and employees. Most of the tools are embedded within a framework with authentication requirement for login. APIs services allow an efficient connection and data exchange with chosen market players, partners and scientific boards. The results are happy stakeholders, efficient certification flows and fast C-Sink credit issuance.

Oversee a diverse IT tool portfolio
consisting of multiple products used by customers, external partners, and internal teams.

Communicate with stakeholders and leadership
on a frequent basis

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
to align technical solutions with business objectives and stakeholder needs

Define
scope, timelines and deliverables
while monitoring
progress, risk and budget

Ensure the
alignment
of developments
with business goals and software strategy

Collaborate with different departments
to ensure necessary information is present for developers to build features and functionality.
Your profile

Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science or IT, and education in project management (scrum, agile methodologies)

Work expertise
in project management, and willingness to take project leads and full responsibilities

Background in software development procedures
and environments

Exceptional
communication and management skills
. Excellent
analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills
.

Fluency in English
and
German

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Bonus: Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence

Bonus: Experience in Carbon Market
, ESG communication, climate tech.
