Who we are looking for</strong>&nbsp;</font> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
You are curious, passionate about learning, able to enrich our projects with your fresh and unique perspective, and able to survey, articulate, and develop solutions to complex problems</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
You have a passion for driving topics such as strategy development, operating model redesign, core platform transformation, customer-centric design and process digitisation and cost optimisation in the insurance industry</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
You have a university degree with a strong academic record and bring relevant work experience in insurance and/or with a major consulting firm</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
You have a solid understanding of the insurance value chain and its core processes, such as sales &amp; distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims and customer service management&nbsp;</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
Good understanding of core insurance platforms is a plus (e.g.
Guidewire)</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
Fluency in German and English, additional French is a plus</font> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <font face="arial" size="2"> <br> </font> </div> <div> <font face="arial" size="2"> <strong>
