Our IT M&amp;
A specialists play a key role in solving for and delivering complex M&amp;
A technology integration and separation projects, advising our clients on maximizing the value and offsetting the risks of technology in M&amp;
A transactions.

Work on challenging M&amp;
A projects, either within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
Support clients through complex M&amp;
A environments resulting from acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and restructuring projects</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
Work across several industries including our primary focus areas of life sciences, financial services, industrials and consumer products</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
Work in international teams with very professional and like-minded colleagues:

Who We Are Looking For&nbsp;</strong> </font> </div> <div> <font face="arial" size="2"> <br> </font> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
You have a university degree and 3-5 years of related work experience in Consulting or a corporate environment</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
You have experience in the M&amp;
A lifecycle and an understanding of IT's role in the overall transaction lifecycle from deal closing, through Day 100 to post-deal completion</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
You have experience in at least two of the below mentioned areas:</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
Leading IT separation and integration programmes as well as IT-specific sub-workstream;</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
Experience within specific sub-category of IT such as ERP systems design and implementation, Enterprise Architecture, IT Service Management, etc.;</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
Experience in planning and executing technology integration and separation plans (Day 100, Day 2 readiness) across different IT domains;</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
Preparing and managing Day 100, Day 2 and TSA exit readiness, including executive reporting (developing e.g. dashboards, checklists);</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
Developing detailed technical IT blueprint documentation (e.g. application separation scenarios);</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
Developing of IT migration/transition plans;</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
Developing of a TSA exit-plan and defining TSA-exit costs;</font> </li> <li> <font face="arial" size="2">
Standing and running up a technology PMO</font> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <font face="arial" size="2"> <br> </font> </div> <div> <font face="arial" size="2"> <strong>
