Swisslinx AG recrute un(e) Senior Front Arena Developer 100% a Zürich.
For our client in the private banking sector, we are looking for an experienced Front Arena specialist to join a high-performing trading technology environment.
Senior Front Arena Developer 100%
Job description:
•
Customise and extend the Front Arena platform to deliver new risk, pricing, and valuation capabilities
•
Design, develop, test, and deploy robust functionalities integrated across trading and back-office ecosystems
•
Take end-to-end ownership of critical services, ensuring high availability and production stability
•
Lead integrations between Front Arena and surrounding systems including pricing, market data, and risk engines
•
Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents efficiently
•
Conduct code reviews and ensure alignment with architectural and security standards
•
Identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance, scalability, and operational resilience
•
Contribute to change and release management activities within an agile (SAFe) environment
•
Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk, and regulatory standards
About the customer:
Our client, a well-established player in the private banking sector, is continuing to invest heavily in their Front Arena landscape and is expanding the team in Zurich.
The role focuses on implementing and enhancing structured products solutions across the full value chain, from Front Office (Sales & Trading) through to Mid Office and risk functions.
Requirements:
•
10+ years of experience working with Front Arena within trading or capital markets environments
•
8+ years of hands-on development experience with Front Arena AEL, ACM, and ADFL (all required)
•
Strong understanding of capital markets, especially structured products and equity derivatives
•
Solid knowledge of financial product lifecycles including cash flows, corporate actions, and expiries
•
Practical experience with Front Arena data models, workflows, and platform architecture
•
Experience working in agile environments using tools such as Git or Bitbucket
•
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
•
Able to work in fast-paced environments and manage priorities effectively
•
Flexibility to support business activities during selected Swiss/public holidays when international markets are open
