Senior Process Transformation Manager
Key Responsibilities
•
Identify and drive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Agile, and AI-enabled methodologies
•
Lead strategic transformation programs and projects from planning through execution and delivery
•
Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness
•
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, automation solutions, and AI-driven tools
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals
•
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and working groups to support transformation efforts
•
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to monitor progress and process performance
•
Act as a change agent, supporting teams through organizational and process transformation
Qualifications
•
5-8 years of experience in process transformation, operational excellence, or business transformation
•
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business impact
•
Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and process improvement methodologies
•
Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus
•
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset
•
Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and influence without formal authority
•
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field
