Teaching Assistants
play a key role in delivering an outstanding academic parcours professionnel at EHL. As trusted talents bridging faculty members and students, they support course delivery and serve as primary point of contact for students throughout their learning journey.
Beyond academic support, Teaching Assistants contribute actively to the EHL community through cross-campus collaboration, new student-centered initiatives, and institutional events.
We are looking for proactive, collaborative and service-oriented individuals who not only combine strong operational rigor with a genuine passion for excellence in education but also align with our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.
Teaching Assistant
As of today, we are looking for positions around the following subject areas:

Finance and Accounting - French and English required
•
Economics (Micro-focused) - French and English required
•
Spreadsheets & Information Systems - French and English required
•
Finance in Hospitality - French and English required
•
Hospitality Revenue Management - French and English required
•
Corporate Finance - French and English required
•
Graduate School Assistant - English required
What will you do?
•
You will be the first point of contact with our faculty members and students.
•
You will deliver and manage tutoring sessions (if applicable).
•
You will participate in the ongoing improvement of student’s journey and experience.
•
You will support Faculty members on logistics, of course preparation and delivery.
•
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the exam invigilation.
Who you are?
•
You have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent in one of the fields mentioned above.
•
You are service oriented and passionate about improving and facilitating our students’ learning.
•
You can work autonomously, and you feel at ease with presenting and public speaking.
•
You have very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel) and you pay attention to details.
•
You are open minded and proactive.
•
You are available at a 100% rate.
•
You have very good communication skills, with fluency in French mandatory and in English.
