Tâches

Développer et valider des systèmes de caméras embarquées pour drones.

Participer aux tests d'image et d'évaluation en vol.

Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie pour l'intégration des systèmes.
Compétences

Master en ingénierie électrique, systèmes embarqués ou domaine similaire.

Connaissance des systèmes embarqués et du développement de firmware.

Compétences en programmation (Python, C/C++, Rust).

Vision Systems Engineer Intern (100%)
Starting date: as soon as possible
Your role:
We are looking for a motivated Vision Systems Engineer Intern to join our Hardware team working on advanced camera systems for drone and embedded vision platforms. The internship offers hands-on experience across imaging, testing, flight operations, and image processing in a multidisciplinary engineering environment. You will work closely with engineers involved in the development and validation of next-generation multi-camera systems used in aerial and robotic applications.
What you will own:

Support the development and validation of embedded camera systems and onboard lighting systems.

Participate in image quality testing and evaluation, flight tests and field data acquisition, lighting system definition and evaluation and image processing and vision pipelines.

Assist with camera setup, debugging, and data analysis.

Help characterize camera performance under different environmental and lighting conditions.

Support testing workflows, documentation, and experimental analysis.

Collaborate with engineering teams during system integration and validation activities.
Your profile:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Computer Vision, or a related technical field.

Background in embedded systems, including electronics fundamentals, Firmware development and basic hardware/software debugging.

Strong curiosity for imaging systems and applied engineering.

Experience with drones or robotic systems, photography or camera, photogrammetry workflows, image processing or computer vision concepts, are an asset.

Expertise with Linux or embedded platforms.

Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python, C/C++, Rust).

Interest in optics, sensors, and imaging technologies.

Hands-on mindset and willingness to work in laboratory and field-test environments.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Professional working proficiency in English; French or additional languages are an asset.
