Working across markets and functions, you will ensure a cohesive and meaningful consumer experience that delivers value to patients and supports our business objectives.\nThis is a role that combines strategic thinking with operational execution.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIdentify critical moments and barriers in the patient journey, designing content and programs to address unmet consumers' needs\nTranslate brand objectives into data-driven, full-funnel media strategies that engage consumers throughout their journey\nPartner with Insights, Global Brand Management, Global Digital and local teams to uncover insights, validate opportunities, and optimize marketing investments.\nBuild global consumer guidelines and core claims documentation to ensure consistency and excellence across markets and channels\nManage agency partnerships and oversee consumer marketing budgets, ensuring efficient investment and measurable business impact\nCompile and manage the global Consumer budget, challenging activities and priorities to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximum return on investment\nWhat you bring\nSuccess in this role requires a strategist who is equally comfortable challenging the status quo and rolling up their sleeves to solve operational challenges. You will work cross-functionally with local and global stakeholders, helping to shape marketing decisions, enhance customer engagement models, and build the scalable processes, capabilities, and insights needed to support our ambitious growth plans.
