You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationship between industrial accounts and EPFL. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to develop industry - academia collaboration. You will be the privileged point of contact for all kinds of collaboration models. You will work with other EPFL services and entities to promote EPFL's research competencies and innovation capabilities.\nMission\nIn this position, you will be part of the Industrial Liaison Office and work closely with all the units of the Vice-Presidency for Innovation and Impact (VPI), developing a solid knowledge of the EPFL Innovation ecosystem, including research laboratories, students and startups, to become a privileged point of contact for a portfolio of companies and a trusted point of contact for researchers. In addition, you will contribute to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of EPFL Open Innovation Program, creating value for participating companies while strengthening long-term engagement with EPFL.\nMain duties and responsibilities\n•\nFoster trustful relationship with a portfolio of companies having a long-term relationship with EPFL.\n•\nBuild relationships with new industry partners.\n•\nActively contribute to the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our Open Innovation Program, ensuring a high-value expertise for participating companies and alignment with institutional objectives.\n•\nAcquire a thorough understanding of companies and professors' needs and ensure appropriate collaboration models and services are developed and delivered. Vous participez à des projets, en travaillant en partenariat avec les différents services de l'EPFL et autres partenaires externes.\nPrincipales tâches et responsabilités\nVotre rôle\n•\nAssurer les développements en ABAP, ABAP OO, RAP, SAPUI5 et JavaScript de tous les types de programmes (Report, BADI, Classes, CDS, FIORI, etc.) possible au sein des systèmes SAP\n•\nAssurer le développement des Workflows\n•\nUtiliser des services SAP BTP\n•\nAssurer le développement des interfaces sur SAP PO\n•\nParamétrer des outils de gestion des autorisations et de transport d'OT\nConduite ou participation aux projets et activités suivies dans votre domaine d'expertise\n•\nContribuer à toutes les phases des projets ex : cadrage, conception, réalisation, testing, mise en production, support go live\n•\nAssurer que la documentation technique est réalisée et accessible à l'équipe de développement\n•\nSuivre ou appliquer la méthodologie du projet conformément aux normes de l'EPFL de conduite de projet\n•\nAnalyse, paramétrage et implémentation des composants logiciels dans le respect des normes, conventions et best practices en vigueur\nAutres tâches\n•\nÉlaborer et maintenir la documentation SAP technique\n•\nAssurer une bonne coordination avec les autres domaines fonctionnels et techniques sur le plan des systèmes SAP et/ou en liaison avec SAP\n•\nTransfert de compétences vers les collègues de l'équipe\n•\nAssurer un service conforme aux directives qualités (ex : Hermes, ITIL) et directives d'audit\n•\nAssurer la suppléance d'un-e collègue d'équipe\n•\nVeille technologique : suivre les évolutions technologiques de SAP et évaluer leurs impacts pour le Sl en place à l'EPFL\nMaintenance corrective et évolutive dans le cadre du support\n•\nGérer et coordonner la résolution des tickets (incidents, demandes, évolutions) qui sont attribués à l'équipe, selon les SLA établis, au travers de l'outil de gestion ITSM\n•\nAssurer et gérer l'implémentation des demandes de changement selon la portée, le temps et les ressources convenus avec le métier\n•\nEffectuer les suivis des incidents jusqu'à leur résolution et maintenir le métier informé de l'état d'avancement et de sa résolution\n•\nTravailler en étroite collaboration avec les Service Managers et BRM pour maintenir un bon niveau de service\nProfil\n•\nDiplôme supérieur en informatique (HES, Université ou EPF) ou formation jugée équivalente\n•\nSAP - Confirmé : SAP ABAP, ABAP OO, RAP, CDS, SAPUI5 et FIORI (3 années minimum d'expérience)\n•\nConnaissance de SAP Process Orchestration, ChARM et S/4 HANA est un plus\n•\nExpérience dans l'utilisation du Migration Cockpit\n•\nMaitrise des autorisations sur Backend SAP et frontend Fiori\n•\nGrande capacité de synthèse et bonnes aptitudes en communication\n•\nForte orientation solutions et clients\n•\nSens aigu du service, à la recherche du dialogue tout en ayant et défendant ses convictions\n•\nRigueur, précision, proactivité\n•\nLangues : Excellentes connaissances du français (C1) et de l'anglais (B2), l'allemand est un plus\nLes candidatures féminines sont vivement encouragées.\nNous offrons\n•\nUn environnement de travail multiculturel et académique de qualité\n•\nDes possibilités de formation continue\n•\nU",
