Tâches

Gérer la comptabilité et la conformité fiscale en Suisse et en Europe.

Coordonner les services financiers et fiscaux pour les entités légales.

Assurer le support comptable pour les acquisitions et la gestion d'actifs.

Formation en comptabilité et fiscalité avec 3 ans d'expérience requise.

Compétences analytiques et organisationnelles, attention aux détails.

Overview:
Understand Accounting & Tax compliance matters in Switzerland and other EU and non-EU countries.
Sufficiently understand ONE’s agrochemical business model to support the business and configuration of accounting and compliance systems.
Support the accounting and tax elements for the acquisition, management, and disposition of assets.
Recommend and support cost effective compliance and minimization of taxes and other fixed and variable compliance costs.
Accountable/Responsible for:
· Delivery of financial accounting and compliance tasks in Zug.
· Coordinate finance and tax service providers and fiscal reps in Europe.
· Performing or supervising assistant (cover) in daily book-keeping for all ONE legal entities, including payroll and payroll insurances, expenses reimbursements, corporation tax filing, pension administration, VAT compliance and reporting, bank reconciliation, preparing and controlling supplier payments, assisting the customer services team interface with accounting, preparing the liquidity service charge invoice to China, monthly or quarterly management accounts, preparation and filing of financial statements and tax returns in Switzerland and other countries.
· Work with Supply Chain, Product and Finance Managers to support the use of the ERP (ODOO), adapting processes as the business grows.
· Support management around IT (ShareFile, TEAMS etc.), and HR for employment related topics (contracts, permit applications etc.)
· Other office/admin support as required.
Parcours professionnel & Qualifications:
Education
Completed commercial education with further professional training in accounting, taxation, EU VAT, personnel administration and Swiss tax law (Fachfrau/Fachmann Rechnungswesen or Treuhand). Continuous commitment to professional development in accounting.

Professional Experience
· Direct background in financial accounting and tax in Switzerland.
· Direct expertise in international business and tax compliance function.
· Experience in a multi-function and cross-cultural work environment.
Technical Proficiency
· Experience in financial accounting and controlling within Swiss-based company, applying Swiss accounting standards (OR).
· Proven background in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
· Experience in payroll accounting, personnel administration, cooperation with tax authorities, banks, and insurance providers.
· Practical knowledge of VAT and withholding tax declarations and related statutory reporting.
· Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Odoo, and proficiency in MS Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
· Experience working with both Swiss and international group entities in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Language Proficiency:
· Fluency in oral and written English and German speaking cantons.
