IT Project Lead

For one of our client we are currently looking for an IT project Lead.
Your day-to-day
As an IT Project Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of commercial systems, including consumer databases, retailer applications, digital platforms, and mobile apps. You will leverage project, service, and change management practices while ensuring proper governance and acting as a key interface between business and IT teams.
•
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from requirements definition to implementation and ongoing improvements
•
Gather and analyze business requirements, propose optimal solutions, validate budgets, and drive change initiatives
•
Ensure effective communication, coordination, and regular reporting to stakeholders and senior management
•
Apply project management, service management, and change management methodologies, ensuring usability best practices
•
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide guidance on IT-related business decisions
•
Allocate and manage project resources, ensuring alignment with priorities and timelines
•
Monitor project progress, track performance, and provide constructive feedback to team members
•
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex project issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions
•
Ensure quality standards are met and risks are proactively managed, including scope, cost, and timeline control
•
Lead activities such as risk analysis, impact assessments, requirements validation, testing, and deployment planning
Who we're looking for
?
Must have
•
Strong leadership and people management experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments
•
Proven track record of managing complex, long-term IT projects
•
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate with non-IT stakeholders
•
Solid understanding of current and emerging technology capabilities
•
Hands-on experience with project methodologies such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, and Lean approaches
•
Strong digital knowledge, including customer engagement and support ecosystems
•
Experience with mobile applications and digital/CRM platforms
•
Experience in data analytics and transactional systems is an asset
•
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
•
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to quality and delivery
•
Fluency in English (written and spoken)

•
Advanced partner management, negotiation, and influencing skills
•
Experience managing IT budgets and driving cost transparency
•
Ability to lead change, influence across the organization, and drive adoption of new solutions
•
Knowledge of manufacturing, quality control, or supply chain systems is a plus
