It provides legal advice in all relevant areas of law, defines legal and contractual processes, manages claims, and decides on the engagement of outside counsels where needed.To join our amazing team, we are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.Legal Counsel - CDMThe mission of theLegal Counselis to support the Director of the Legal Office in a role that spans both local and international activities across a wide range of legal domains, with a particular focus on data protection, as well as on the legal and contractual aspects of digital and AI tools and services.What will you do?Manage and be a center of expertise for data protection matters.Legal counseling to the Group’s business segments on various legal areas, including in academic, scientific, and commercial matters, withstrong focus on the procurement of digital/IT solutions, including AI technologies.Contracts drafting and negotiation in these areas.General legal advice in diverse fields of private and public laws.Support to the Director Legal Office on other strategic matters.Who you are?You have a Master’s degree in Swiss law (Swiss bar admission preferred).You have a strong command of Swiss and European data protection laws and regulations.You have experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.You have excellent general legal skills, including public law and administrative procedures.You are a strong team collaborator and an effective communicator.You are pragmatic and results-oriented.You are autonomous.You are able to understand commercial objectives.You are interested in new technologies.You arefluent in French and English (C1).What we offer?We offer you afixed term contractwithin a business area of an educational institution, with exceptional employee benefits including free meals, an attractive number of days off, a parking space or public transport contribution, as well as access to various services and facilities.We offer you responsibility, challenge, development opportunities and encouragement to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.We offer you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our students’, staff and partners’ experience as well as contribute to the growth of our institution.You will enjoy being part of a passionate, multidisciplinary and talented team.
