PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR (m/f/d) - Part time 50 %
Resource Consulting AG is an international recruitment and employment company specialized in the aviation sector. We mainly hire and place flight crews (pilots and flight attendants) and ground staff for the maintenance of aircraft. A variety of other services in the aviation industry round off our field of activity.
We are looking for a
Payroll Administrator (50 % TUE/WED/THU) to join and complete our team at our headquarter in Steinhausen (ZG)
on a permanent basis with immediate effect or latest by 1st September 2026. In this multifaceted position, you will be working in the area of payroll. A detailed training on the job and continuous support will be provided.
Your tasks:
•
Payroll administration: Preparing and processing salary payments on Abacus software (payment of up to 200 temporary employees, weekly and monthly salary payments).
•
Supporting processing of corresponding invoices to clients and dealing with expense claims and re-charging.
•
Personnel administration/office administration: Obtaining weekly timesheet reports from temporary employees, checking and entering the data on Excel, obtaining entry documents, uploading payslips on the online portal, issuing of employer’s confirmations, PD U1, applying for child benefits.
•
Absence/ad hoc cover in the area of further payroll/administrative tasks within the team.
Your profile:
Ideally, you already have experience in the field of payroll and office administration and are very familiar with Excel. You are fluent in German and have a good command of English, basic French is an advantage. You have a basic understanding of typical commercial back-desk tasks. Training and support will be guaranteed.
We are looking for a person who is immediately available or upon agreement. Since the job profile can change and can also be adapted to the candidate, it is very important that the person is enthusiastic about variety and change and also acts motivated and proactive.
