, you will shape and continuously enhance our global supply chain planning solutions, bridging business needs and IT capabilities with Kinaxis at the core.

Your main tasks and responsibilities
•
Owning end-to-end solution design for group-wide planning solutions at Octapharma, with a focus on Kinaxis
•
Leading Kinaxis Maestro initiatives and project delivery
•
Partnering with business process leads and super users to design, standardize, and optimize planning processes
•
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing change requests in daily operations
•
Acting as the primary point of contact for super users and overseeing application support
•
Managing and coordinating external consultants
Your expertise and ideal skill set
•
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
•
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning consulting
•
Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro
•
Experience managing IT support operations and implementation projects
•
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
•
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
•
Self-driven, with a structured and highly organized working style

Additional information (Austria only):
The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4.355,55 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
