Vous collaborez étroitement avec notre Spécialiste Technique Senior, les chefs de projets et le Manager du service pour concevoir des plans fiables, précis, et indispensables au fonctionnement quotidien de notre site.\nVotre mission : créer, mettre à jour et garantir la qualité des plans architecturaux, techniques, d’aménagement et de sécurité, afin d’offrir à nos collaborateurs un environnement moderne, conforme et adapté à leurs besoins.\nVos responsabilités principales\nPiloter la procédure d’établissement des plans\n•\nParticiper à la définition et à l’amélioration continue de la procédure de conception.\n•\nGarantir l’application des standards et bonnes pratiques.\nGérer les plans d’aménagement (Workplace Management)\n•\nConcevoir et actualiser les plans d’aménagement des espaces de travail.\n•\nIdentifier les besoins en surfaces et participer à leur optimisation.\n•\nIntégrer les exigences OLT3, EHS et autres normes légales ou internes.\n•\nAssurer une répartition équitable des espaces et une mise en place optimale du mobilier et des équipements.\nElaborer et mettre à jour les plans architecturaux et techniques\n•\nRéaliser des plans architecturaux, techniques et schémas de principe.\n•\nEffectuer les prises de mesures sur site et assurer la mise à jour des plans “tels que construits”.\nGérer les plans de sécurité incendie\n•\nProduire et maintenir les plans de sécurité incendie et les affiches d’évacuation en lien avec la Sécurité Physique.\nContribuer à la gestion de l’outil CAFM/GMAO\n•\nParticiper au développement de l’outil (Archibus ou Planon).\n•\nMaintenir les bases de données techniques à jour.\n•\nIntégrer les plans et générer les rapports nécessaires au pilotage du service.\nVotre profil\nFormation\n•\nCFC de dessinateur/trice en bâtiment ou formation équivalente (exigé).\n•\nSpécialisation complémentaire dans un domaine lié au bâtiment (atout).\nExpérience\n•\nMinimum 5 ans d’expérience en dessin bâtiment ou technique du bâtiment (exigé).\n•\nExpérience en bureau d’étude (souhaitée).\nConnaissances techniques\n•\nNormes SIA, exigences cantonales en énergie et sécurité incendie.\n•\nLecture de schémas électriques, chaud/froid, ventilation et sanitaire.\n•\nConnaissance OLT3.\nOutils informatiques\n•\nAutoCAD, Revit (exigés).\n•\nCAFM (Archibus ou Planon) (atout important).\n•\nMS Office, SAP.\nLangues\n•\nFrançais (courant).\n•\nAnglais (bonne compréhension).\nQualités personnelles\n•\nAutonomie, rigueur, sens des responsabilités.\n•\nEsprit pratique, orienté solutions et service.\n•\nOrganisation, anticipation et gestion des priorités.\n•\nAisance dans les prises de mesures sur site et l’inventaire technique.\n•\nEsprit d’équipe et capacité à collaborer dans un environnement stimulant.\nPostuler\nRejoignez-nous – et grandissez avec nous.\n\nVotre prochaine etape professionnelle commence ici.",
