En tant que l'un des principaux organisateurs de congrès médicaux en Europe, nous vous offrons un environnement dynamique, des projets internationaux et beaucoup de responsabilités.\nPrincipales tâches\nEn tant que membre de notre équipe, vous prenez en charge la planification, la coordination et la mise en œuvre principalement de congrès médicaux en Suisse et à l'étranger. Votre domaine d'activité comprend la planification et la gestion de l'infrastructure sur place, comme la construction des salles, la technique, la signalisation et le catering, ainsi que la coordination et la négociation avec les lieux d'événements et les fournisseurs. Vous élaborez des plans de personnel et de déroulement, coordonnez la réalisation des imprimés et des médias numériques. En outre, vous êtes responsable des rapports finaux, des analyses ainsi que de l'évaluation et de la négociation des centres de congrès pour les événements futurs.
